Cultivation
Western Macedonia, focusing on the plateau of Voion, has a long tradition in the cultivation of lentils. The experience of producers, great Greek varieties, cultivation at an altitude of more than 600m, cold winters, and mild, long spring combine to give a unique taste product, rich in protein and minerals, with low boiling time and unique aroma in boiling. Our products are produced by contracted producers in the plateaus of the wider region of Voion.
