Drying herbs is a method that, like the herbs themselves, has been used for centuries. It makes them last longer, easier to store and taste delicious. Tzekos Organic Herbs is a farm and a company for producing, drying, and processing organic herbs – a family business, born of a strong interest in nature and the multiple ways in which its products can improve our health.
The farm, an area of 11,000 square meters, is located in Chalkidiki on a sunny slope with an open view of Mount Olympus. The location is not random. It was chosen because of the quality of the soil, its location near the sea and the fact that no pesticides are used in the neighboring fields. Also, the mild winters, the cool summers and the frequent wind currents from the nearby sea are the perfect microclimate of the aromatic plants of the Tzekos family.
