
In the Traditional Pasta Laboratory “ZYMAR” of the Amanetidis family in Arethousa, Thessaloniki, started the production of traditional pasta of high nutritional value with fresh ingredients. The workshop is the result of the love of its creators for the tradition and the pure diet, as well as of the family habit of making their own homemade pasta every year. The recipe originates from Pontus, Asia Minor, and goes back three generation!
“ZYMAR” offers a wide variety of traditional pasta based on 100% durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs, and fresh milk. You will find pasta with fresh vegetables, fresh mushrooms, with 100% wholemeal flour, as well as with whole wheat flour. The traditional “ZYMAR” products are produced in small quantities, from high quality raw materials and are sold at the best possible price.
