All our products, without exception, are Greek and purchased directly from Greek producers. We try every day so that all those who love the Greek and Mediterranean diet have fine Greek products at their door easily, quickly, and at the best price.
In our online store, you will find a wide variety of certified organic products which are accompanied by special markings. For further clarification or more information regarding our products please do not hesitate to contact us.
All our products are available in Greece and all other countries across Europe. For orders outside Europe please contact us and we will find the simplest and most economical way to deliver your order.
In our online store, you can find detailed information about each product separately, our producers or partners, as well as for each of your nutritional needs. In the description of each product, we have included a nutritional facts label and icon for your convenience. For any additional clarification please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
About Your Order
Nope! You are welcome to place an order without having to create a user account with TheMythicBox. No sign-up or login is required to order.
However, if you register with us you will be able to keep track of your orders, save your details for faster shopping, enjoy special discounts, and you will even be the first to know about our new offers
We accept the following payment methods:

Once your order has been marked as completed, you will be unable to edit it. You can however contact us and our team may be able to cancel your order for you, provided you contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel an order after it’s submitted, while it’s being processed, or if it’s already out for delivery. If you contact us however immediately after your purchase, we will do our best to assist you given the concrete circumstances.
Yes, we offer discounts for large orders and we also offer wholesale rates for professional purchasers. So, if you are a professional or looking to purchase over 120 euros worth of products then feel free to contact us and let us know what you are thinking of ordering and we will get back to you.
Shipping & Payment
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the country & the weight of the items in your cart. For detailed information about shipping costs and orders that qualify for free shipping, please visit our Shipping Page.
We ship almost everywhere in Europe. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select “View Cart”, and then “Check out!”. In the first checkout step- Shipping Info- select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you, unfortunately, won’t be able to place an order directly but you can contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Delivery time for destinations within Greece is 1-3 working days. Delivery time for inaccessible destinations within Greece is 2-5 working days.
Delivery time for European Union countries is 2-8 working days from the moment of processing and sending your order.
If your order arrived damaged, or you received an incorrect product, please reach out to our team right away. In this case, once the incorrect/affected item is shipped back to our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement. For more details about returns and refunds, please check our Terms and Conditions.
Once you have placed your order successfully, we will send you an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. If you have chosen to use a payment method other than credit or debit card this email will also contain further instructions for payment.
Once your order has been accepted and processed, we will send you a dispatch notification email confirming that your product(s) have shipped. This email will also contain carrier and tracking information as well as estimated delivery dates.
